Empowering Entrepreneurs through
SRC's Incubation Centers

SRC’s incubation centers, located in Lodwar, Samburu, Marsabit, Isiolo, and Kakuma, are central to achieving its mission of empowering entrepreneurs and fostering economic growth. These centers are well-equipped to provide digital training for both differently-abled individuals and able-bodied entrepreneurs, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all.

Through these hubs, SRC supports startups and SMEs,Women and Youth Entrepreneurs,Differently-Abled Individuals, particularly in marginalized communities, by offering tailored digital literacy training, BDS support, market linkages, investor readiness, and community engagement and outreach.

The incubation hubs have actively engaged 6,411  women and youth in business across the 5 counties under the  LIFT-NK and SEED programs.

By providing digital tools, and access to a network of trainers and mentors, the incubation centers serve as critical platforms for innovation, market access, and investment readiness. They align with SRC’s goals by fostering entrepreneurial resilience, enhancing digital literacy, and bridging the gap between rural entrepreneurs and growth opportunities.
